Admittedly a stretch, but am asking you, Agoracom, to ask management to consider the following as a material event worthy of commentary:

Given the facts as presented in the last couple of 8ks (8/18 and 7/31), which clearly indicated all was in order and, subject to a few minor asthetic (sp?) things regarding the bound copies of the DA, that it was expected that HM would advise a signing date very shortly, ... and that no announcements have been made in a period of time that can reasonably be construed as a long time relative to what activities were reasonably expected to occur.

2nd. Please apologize to management for my aforementioned runon sentence. It's been a long day.
