Absolutely incredible! You can't make this B...Stuff up! It's like they KNOW they should do it, but are just afraid to do it. It = signing the DA.

Charlie was very polite on the phone with me a few moments ago, but I'm sure he's every bit as frustrated. I can only imagine Frank barely keeping his cool.

At least now we have an answer as to why the delays this past month. Hopefully, more information more quickly in the coming week(s).
