I can only guess that this "advisor" got a thought in his brain that caused him to delay the signing because he thought the change was important.

Hats off to our CEO for informing this man that his suggested changes were not required nor advisable. That's management telling off the MOT. Now hopefully the DA has no more "advisors" getting in the way.

Perhaps Charley omitted the word "foolish" from the other list of words that Frank used to describe this "advisor" and his suggestions.
