At this point I dont think its about Frank and Cahrlie but am realistic enough to admit and know that I have no clue. That said, the randomness of the events lately tells us that the Omanis will do the deal or NOT based solely on their timetable and interest. This is no longer a joint effort, IMHO, but rather a project that has been held up for reasons that are not apparent but one day we will find out their true plan. They have runout of plausible excuses 2x ago. Only timne will tell if this ever gets done
