You hit the nailon the head. No one believes that the Omani's want this to happen... at least not now. Why is a big mystery since they are clearly unapproachable. The excuses are so far fetched that it's pointless to debate them or analyze them. They simply either dont want to do it or dont want to do it now. The last excuse is so lame in light of the previous 8k that Frank must have wanted to jump over the table and go psycho. Maybe that would have worked better
