On September 22, 2014 Mr. Drohan met with the legal adviser at MOT and discussed the requested changes in detail.

On September 22, 2014 Mr. Drohan sent a detailed explanatory email to the legal adviser and to the Minister recounting the reasons why the two requested changes to the DA were neither required nor advisable.

We are awaiting a reply from MOT but do not presently expect that any further changes to the DA will be required.

Well now day 9 from what is described as minor issues. Anyone venture to guess as to when we will finally hear back and as to wether there are more issues to address?
