Our most sincere congratulations to Frank , Charlie and all, for your wonderful achievement of getting the DA signed today. We have been hanging in there with you since 2003, and couldn't be happier for you, (and ourselves!).

Thanks also to the Agoracom board for keeping us entertained! My husband and I have posted a few times, some months ago, and I was very flattered that Alton said one time that he liked me!

Don't forget that Frank said in an interview once that he believed this was a $35 stock, and since then, land values have gone up a great deal, so don't sell out too soon.

Looking forward to Alton's new best estimate at book value. (No pressure Alton!)
