Good question. My understanding it is NOT usually considered part of BV ... but IS considered in market valuations.

NPV over 7 years is $450m; times 60% ownership interest = $270m ... which is ... wait for it ...

$16.92/share. In total, including BV calcs, that would be $44.00.
