Of course development is the hard work .... but getting the deal done and signed was the most important and hardest part of the process. No DA, no development. Frank and Charley were pretty much on their own without a net during DA process.

Now, the work becomes more intense ... but its on the way and we now officially have Oman Gov, CCC and BNP in our corner to do most of the heavy lifting.
