That's how the Sultan, through the RCA, is funding his share of LLC. Along with the $70m in cash. Also, my understanding regarding funding of other aspects of the project is that it's lined up or will be lined up with Bank of Muscat and PNB. Recommend you look at last year's 10k along with this year's many 8ks.
