The short conspiracy gettin little long in the tooth and has been and always will be part of the market. Perhpas this is simply a breather while people wait for more clarity and a tangible timetable as to what to expect. Trying to stop the shorts by hoarding stock seems futile at best.

When the story gets out, more details emerge and the marlket beleives that the delays of the past are not going to affect the future than the stock will take care of itself and the shorts will either cover or get buried
