OLDSTER, thank you for your intrepretation of the regulation. It's always a "fun time" reading regulations---especially those written by our government. Sooo it appears as though their "regulations" come in the form of warnings that brokerage houses are required to make to the client before they buy. We ,the shareholders of OMAG, are already invested. We took the plunge, so those warnings occurred in the past ?. What we still don't know is if naked shorts are legal for penny stocks and more specifically ,OUR stock. The Omagine management team has realeased "the dogs" to investigate the market makers that are shorting. Hopefully we'll get some feedback as to their progress in this matter soon. In the meantime I can see no good reason for us as OMAG shareholders to not get all of our brokerage accounts (at least those holding OMAG shares ) out of margin status and into cash accounts. No reason at all, ---Bill.
