For those of us in the UK who have not been investors in US markets please can you explain what the 8Ks, 10Ks and 10Qs are. I know they come out occasionally or regularly but as I am not familiar with them I would appreciate the benefit of the enormous knowledge from the Omagine faithful. Thanks guys!
