ALTON, could be..but please take a closer look at that large circular body of water (Specifically the portion falling inland from the shoreline)which is BLUE in color. It sure looks as though it is part of,and owned by, Omagine. Note that "lake" is BLUE as is the canal (?). The water that connects the "lake" with the Gulf of Oman is grayish/blue --a completely different shade ---which leads me to believe that the Sultinate remains in control of those waters.Sooo,by virtue of the fact that Omagine is building out into the Gulf, that would seem to expand our property. What we don't know, unless Agoracom (hint) gets an answer from the company,is the one million square meters awarded to us, the sand that we can now see, or does it include the fact that we pushed out into the Gulf. The reason I'm pursuing this issue is that if the total land mass (including our man made lake) ends up being one and a third million square meters and not one million, that fact alone will now push the value of the land to $900,000+ before a shovel hits the sand. That Alton, would make a meaningful difference to your book value projections... Architect Bill.
