JB, as usual ,great research. All I have to say after reading this "legaleze" is YIKES. Gibby and Eddie and a few others are going to have a field day with this stuff. Environmental impact studies? YIKES. Environmental studies in the Gulf on compacted sand! Double YIKES! And we agreed to have this built in five years. YIKES. One saving grace is that the Wave was the "Guinea Pig" on this type of project in virtually the same body of water, just a few feet away! That may help. (Wishful thinking taking place here). But "it is,what it is". The bottom line is I believe we will end up with this property being well over one million square meters which is a good thing. The "stuff" you just bought to front and center, that most of us read when it was first published, but we gave it the old "speed read" because our eyes were on getting the DA signed is a tad overwhelming considering the pace that the government agencies operate. Reality has now set in and the wheels are now beginning to turn....Bill.... P.S. How'd you like to be in Frank Drohan's shoes now? He'll never get back to the states!
