CLARKSTER, thanx for the information. I shall assume then that Mr.and/or Ms. Harrell felt that the "shorts" were exercising that "limited exception" to excess, shortly after the DA was signed. In any event, it does appear that publicity spurred on by positive news releases (8K's et al.) will be the catalysts that keep the price moving upward; not in a straight line as we'd all like to see,but rather ratcheting forward with an upward bias, --Bill.
