It may take another couple of 8Ks, but most of the waited excitement has taken place, train has left and not many aboard. I think people are waiting to see the official ground breaking ceremony in a year from now. I hope there is trading on the up scale soon. I see companies that are trading in the 1.90 range on Nasdaq. Is it because they started in the higher range but aren't doing well? Planet Payment PLPM trading at 1.60 as an example.
