AGORACOM, Is this simply an announcement of the DA signing a month and a half ago? And is the "roller derby" guy any one connected with the Sultinate's government, or just a news caster? It seems odd that it would take over a month 10/2-11/11 for this signing to make the news in Oman? Comments?.....Bill.
