That's good news. Unfortunately almost a million dollars invested took the price the wrong direction.

I wish the land value could or would be announced soon. I think that's going to move the pointer the other direction. It would be Great news for the Thanks Giving dinner table.

They probably have the estimate on the land but, still working on all the water area that's needed. That's for Bill.
