But I recall that one of the 8ks commented (some time ago) that the delay might actually benefit us. I think that had to do with the timing of the real estate markets coming back after the subprime debacle. Now that Oman's economy is booming, it really does benefit us through the higher land value as well as higher selling prices once we start selling widgets/units.

Don't want to jinx it, but I am very pleased with the price movement of late. Beginning to look like $3 will be a floor and not resistence. We'll see.
