I read the S-1/A as much as I could stomach. Not a whole lot of positive news to hang your hat on. The market is reflecting that. I feel confident "as usual", they're trying to move forward with many things. They just don't have enough ink pens over there. Bureaucracy is as bad as the Keystone Pipeline bill over here. The registered SEDA shares will be handled as frugal as they have done in the past. There's a lot of investors loaning without collateral. I hope they can firm things up soon to be able to start the build. The local competion has a definite advantage.
