This is not a new offering of 3 million shares. It's an amendment to the registration statement that was filed in October. The registration statement relates to the SEDA with YA Global.

Omagine has had SEDAs with YA Global for many years and Omagine has always been very careful about using it. Omagine has no obligation to sell any of these new shares to YA Global.
