The interaction of differing views is what makes a market. One may see a 20% drop as a discount and buying opportunity as a apposed to a crisis . I think that management has the good of the company at heart as well as shares the risk.. I'm thinking the filing is a statment of confidence . If a sale of 3 million shares @ the filing price of $2.75 takes place , that's a major positive in my view.
