I feel the same way too with regard to these pats few months. It seems that the ones doing the trading are us, and we're running out of extra change. I almost believe that it will take another year for the shovel to meet the ground, and when there is something tangable, it will happen. Don't forget that it will take 5+ years to build. I wish I would have come in on the current market with these prices today. I've learned my lesson. There have been too many twists and turns in the past, and investors are gun shy, and are waiting for the real deal where seeing is believing. Keep your heads up.
