President "Fuzzy Head", I feel your pain. I came down with the flu on Christmas Eve. The cough continued for two weeks. Finally it's gone. Hope you're feeling better soon. I'll take your response along with JB's, and assume there are no devil's in the S-1 amendment which is a good thing,.... Bill
