OLDTIMER, I'm 100% with you. Piper did not include either the financing or land transfer on his list. Had he done so, I would agree with you--and pray that we are both correct with our sequencing.(The shovel stuff won't, and can't happen until the other two items--plus others are done deals). It could be a real "horse race" between the two agreements you mentioned and the pipeline. In any event ,let's hope that all three happen quickly. On a lighter note, I won't even ask which team you'll be rooting for tonight. (I peeked at your profile) plus we have had discussions in the past as to which city should be crowned as "The Cradle of Liberty". That being said ,I certainly hope we get a positive resolution shortly after the game (in the weeks to come) of what is being called "Deflate Gate" or I like to call it, "PSI Boston". Let's hope for a great game, super commercials, and some delicious food, ...BILL.... P.S.
