Have you read Michael Lewis's book 'Fast Boys'? - could be you are tipping the speed traders off and they are steaming in ahead of you! Apparently they have standing positions out for 100 shares in everything so that they can mave fast (as the name suggests). Its another theory to go along with the 'shorters'.
