Probably has to do with no forward movement in too long, which appears to be partially due to the slowing in the already slow movement of govt over there. There was an interesting Economist article that came out recently re the passing of Saudi Arabia's king and the impact on Oman. Increased uncertainty over the future rulers, worsening geopolitical situation in the middle east, etc. And of course, my favorite reason: the market has it out for me!

No liquidity, so the few small investors who wish to exit on a few thousand shares is impacting the share price.
