This is what it is ... We're all tired of waiting, I know I am. The low volume is actually welcome given the price and direction. It is a guestimation (in response to Mooner), but that's all anyone, including you guys, have at this point. The land valuation does not depend on any govt ministry, so I remain hopeful (not jumping up and down, but just hopeful) that it will be the next piece of news.
