Do you remember before the DA was signed, we wanted a blow by blow as to what was happening and we didn't get it. I believe there has to be a significiant change before we get an 8k. As management, I would want to get the biggest impact I could, and that means land value, infrussruct ( idin't spell it right) Ha signed, permits registered and the like. Maybe this 8k or the next 8k will hit the ground running. Look, many of us have waited a long time to get to where we are. Savor the thought. Just think, we are 4 months closer to the end result than where we were before. The DA is signed, propaganda and news are out there and investors are waiting for the correct moment.
