Actually, the ball is NOT in their court. As my post from the other day indicated (and since it received no corrections from management nor Agoracom, I'm assuming I was reasonably close to the mark), the ball is in management's court. They are currently working on getting the appraisal done and added to Omagine LLC (among other important tasks). The signing of the DA is all the signal the world needs regarding the minister's support. Their sultan is a personal investor. The ministers do not have the option of not doing their jobs nor is there any reason for them not to do their jobs. At any rate, they are not holding anything up in regard to what has to happen before Omagine's book value heads north.

The land will be appraised and it will be added to LLC. And the BV will then hit the low $20s/share. What the market thinks of this ... well one can only presume.
