I have to chuckle. I just spoke with Charlie yesterday and he was in very good spirits. As always he was unable to provide me with any information other than what's in the public domain. But he was encouraging ... kinda like a "keep the faith" encouraging.

Anyway, I'd like to take full, undeserved credit for today's good news. I have noticed that on the occasion when I speak with Charlie, which isn't often, there is usually some good news coming out shortly afterward. Ergo, ipsofacto, it must be my good luck charm! And I'm not even Irish (although my lovely wife is 3/4 such).

Well, we should hear more good news re the $value of the land very soon. And if this month, which it sounds likely, then I'm not sure why the land would NOT be shown as an LLC asset. Ergo, book value, folks, book value!
