We will wait and see.

We all have different reasoning when investing, but I am quite sure that anyone investing big money in the company that owns ‘certain rights’ on some piece of land (regardless of land value), would like to know in detail what is going to be built there, how much it will cost, and if it is going to make any profit or not.

My prediction is that share price will rise once when the land evaluation is announced, but if the design process does not start immediately after that, we will again see fall in prices. Once when design process (probably quick update on existing feasibility study) is completed and updated figures announced, it will be extremely easy to raise any money Omagine needs.

Another, much more logical trigger will be (if possible at all) signing contract with CCC prior to design process completion, which will automatically release those $70mil.
