CLARKSTER, thanx for the thanx. And thanx to both JB and "Piper" for the two great articles. All the news is positive lately. HM is back. Can't tell if that picture of him is recent or from the archives.... but if it is of his recent return from Germany, he looks frail but steady. Let's hope he is well enough to chat with the MOH soon and nudges him just enough to sign that Usufruct Agreement,...Bill
