OK, just want to go on the record that I just spoke with Charlie a few moments ago and I have nothing to report. He answered a couple of questions regarding the numbers in the filing extension, but did not say anything out of class.

That being said, some of you may recall that more times than nought, a filing comes out within a couple of days of my conversations with him. It's purely coincidental and clearly has nothing to do with my call, but it makes me feel better to hallucinate that I have some kind of control over my destiny. I reminded Charlie of all of this and he had a good laugh! So, time will tell if we hear something soon ... but no matter, the 10k will be filed by April 15 and, hopefully, we'll hear some fabulous news regarding the land, book value, etc.

In the mean time, happy Easter to all of us/you who celebrate this, the most important event on the Christian calendar!
