I suspect there won't be an 8k between now and the 10K filing. But whatever the timing and through whatever documents, hope it is news that the land is worth $X00,000 and has been added to LLC's balance sheet in March (in time to be included in the next 10Q filing due around 5/15/15). And that this news is disseminated via press release, 10Q, hot air balloon, bi-plane flyovers with trailing banners, etc, etc, etc. You get the picture!
