I would like clarification on one point. Can the 10-K----any old 10-K, from any old company,include information which develops AFTER the end of the quarter in which it was due. In other words, Omagine requested,and was granted an extension. If news "pops" (good or bad) during the extension period, can it be included in that 10-K or must it be revealed in an 8-Q?. I know some of our stock "techy" guys or dolls will have the answer......thursting for knowledge,.. Bill... P.S. I also know that Charley knows, but he's now got a "cauliflower ear" talking to Alton.
