I'm still reading throug it, but the parts I'm most interested in were early on.

Still waiting for "Registration Date" which is awaiting signature by MOT (ugh, not again!). Once that happens, then LLC will be notified by MOH to come on over [for some tea] and, whilst there, sign the Usufruct Agreement ... and have it registered. That will then trigger management advising shareholders of the appraised value of the land. It also says that management expects to have the value of the PIK (aka, the land) reflected in LLC's financial statements on or shortly after the Registration Date.

So, I now have to move my hope and expectation for a Q1 valuation to Q2. Tired of waiting! Oh well, nothing unusual. Patience is a virtue, etc., etc., etc.
