Ditto Bill, hopefully there will be a few milestones reached while you're enjoying life. We have to have some 8K's out to achieve investors confidence. This is a huge project. It's not quite as easy as building a house. There is a lot of work that needs to be accomplished while working on financing and land transferred. The architecture and engineering is going to take a great deal of time. I only hope financially that can be worked on while everything else is happening. It seems like a snails pace since the DA was signed.
