Why would there be a rush to buy shares today? There was no press release or 8-K announcing anything. Once the usufruct agreement registration process is finally complete, I'd expect an 8-K (and maybe even a press release), and an increase in the stock price - especially if they announce the land appraisal at the same time. But we still have no idea when this will be.
