I don't think so. Don't the warrants give the holder the right to purchase NEW shares directly from the company (increasing float)? I may be wrong, but I believe that would be a "private" transaction. And if the warrants are like ours ($5 and $10) they are worthless until the stock price moves over $5 and $10, respectively. But I don't recall the specifics of the warants you speak of. If you are, can you enlighten and then I'll have a better answer? Thanks!
I was thinking, though, that maybe YA Global sold some of their shares on the open market ... but at such a low price?
