I guess that's not the 8K we were looking for. It's good for Frank, and the outlook for future investors. We're looking for the big111 8K with land value, Ua signed, financial advisor and banks on board etc which may come before June 30th. Our market is really fickled, when the price goes up with this little anouncement.
