Frank and Charley,if all goes well between now and then, that shareholder meeting could/should "morph" into that celebration we've been talking about prior to the DA being signed. The enthusiasm dimmed after the DA signing since the market very quickly figured out that there were many,many additional steps that had to fall in place before the stock would shift out of neutral. WE ARE AT THAT POINT AS WE SPEAK. We also realize that when--not if--- the celebration was to be held, all shareholders would need to be included as it could not be limited to only the "loonies" (I use that term in an endearing way) posting on this (Agoracom) message board. Soooo, when --not if---the dominos..... meaning the figure of speech--not the Pizza--I dislike their pizza immensely) begin to fall (the MOH signature and subsequent redistration on the YA, the financing agreement and the construction contract et al.) why not kill two birds with one stone and follow the shareholder meeting with the gala festivity. Sure it will cost a few additional bucks--but what the heck---you'll insure a greater turnout for the meeting and the enthusiasm generated------PRICELESS. Plus.. Alton said long ago he'd supply the party hats so you'll save a few Rial's right there....... Always thinking (positively)ahead, Bill.
