According to the 8-K, today's the day!

The signing ceremony for the Usufruct Agreement is supposed to take place at the Ministry of Housing in Muscat, Oman today at 1pm. Currently it's 10:30am in Oman. We all know that time is different in Oman (days = weeks, weeks = months, months = years) but hopefully 1pm is 1pm. I guess we'll find out soon!

The transferring of the land rights is an important milestone and deserves a press release as well as an 8-K.

I hope the press release and/or 8-K will also tell us when Omagine will be revealing the land valuation. Telling us about the Usufruct signing in advance worked very well -- OMAG is up about 59% over the past four trading days. Let's keep the momentum going by telling investors when to expect the next press release. This could also help keep short sellers away if the moves higher are more gradual.

I also expect we'll soon find out the status of the CCC contract as well as selecting a Financial Adviser.
