You're welcome. What's interesting is that the low value is clearly really too low and the $1 billion value rocks my head! So, in my mind, this land is probably worth somewhere north of $770m and south of $1b. As time moves on and sales proceed, I would think the land would be revalued ... probably annually. So I see lots of upside potential to this asset. Am also hoping that by this time next year, there will be some revenue and profits to look at and more news to drive, hopefully, a premium over book. But for today, I'm just grateful for a decent valuation and to finally see $3.00 again. Hope we never see sub-$3 ever again!
