I was hoping for more colour on this (i.e.) timelines, numbers etc. since engagement with the keenly interested equity investors has been ongoing for the last 6 months.

But, perhaps you can help clarify this follow up query - will such equity investments help existing share holders by way of potentially higher share prices (due to more individual investors/funds demand) or will it hurt exisiting share holders by diluting the float and thereby reducing the per share value?
