But they can't buy shares of LLC on the open market. LLC is not publicly traded. So by buying newly issued shares of LLC, they get access to 100% of the book value of LLC. Also, LLC had nil book value prior to July 1 or 2. It's important to keep in mind that there is a very big difference between buying more shares of OMAG vs buying shares of LLC. Two different companies.
