I'll journey a guess and say that BB land means Bulletin Board Land, since OMAG is a Bulletin Board stock on the OTC Market.

Guess numero two is that PWC is going to give investors news quicker than the Oman Gov't did the UA. PWC is an top tier firm.

I can't see the weather getting cold and OMAG still being in BB land.
