Hi lebnjb.

Omagine trades on the OTCQB, which is the middle tier of OTC Markets. OTC Pink is the lowest tier and OTCQX is the highest.

Unlike OTC Pink, OTCQB requires companies to file with the SEC and be current in all periodic reporting requirements.

It will be great when OMAG finally makes it to Nasdaq, but until then, at least it's not an OTC Pink stock!
