FYI, I read that, too. The last time management advised of it's estimate (a few years ago, I think), that number was $450m. It's almost $1 billion higher! And this is net of expenses. That is, likely cash inflows less cash outflows, then discounted to net present value. It doesn't factor into book value nor even market value, but SHOULD be a draw to potential investors.
But then again, a really big number that the world is having a hard time believing ("too good to be true").
